Since 2005, Thomas Frankel has served as President of Frankel Enterprises. A graduate of The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, Tom joined Frankel Enterprises in 1984. During his tenure, Tom has been actively involved in all aspects of the company, with his main focus on leading the development of the Florida operations.
Some of the key projects that Tom has been involved with include Admirals Cove, Valencia at Abacoa, San Michele, Kanner Crossing, Admirals Professional Center, and Frankel Enterprises’ latest Luxury Condominium, Azure. In addition to the development work that he has led, Tom is also the managing real estate broker for Admirals Cove Realty and The Frankel Realty Group, two of the leading real estate brokerage companies in North Palm Beach County.
In addition to his role with the company, Tom has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens. He currently serves on the Board of Adopt-A-Family of The Palm Beaches, an organization serving homeless families in the community, as well as the Operations Committee at the Kravis Center. He is also a former member and President of the Palm Beach Chapter of Young Presidents Organization.
Born and raised in Center City Philadelphia, Max attended the University of Miami. Graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Max completed a dual concentration in Finance and Business Management and Organization. Upon graduation, Max moved back to Philadelphia to work as a commercial lender for an internet-based community bank, The Bancorp Bank. While in Philadelphia, Max spent the majority of his free time being involved in various community-based organizations, including serving as a member of the board of directors of Taney Youth Baseball Association (a youth baseball league comprised of 900+ children from ages 3-16) and United Cerebral Palsy.
In February 2013, Max moved to New York City to take a new job with Greystone, a financial services and private investment group active in three major business segments: Mortgage Finance, Healthcare, and Real Estate. During his tenure at Greystone, Max specialized in underwriting, originating, and syndicating various forms of agency backed debt for multifamily real estate assets across the country, specifically focusing on the financing of market-rate, affordable, and mixed income residential HUD debt.
From 2014, Max has served as Project Manager of Frankel Enterprises. In addition to looking for new development opportunities, Max was deeply involved in the permitting process, financing, architectural design and review, as well as construction of Azure, a 101-unit luxury boutique condominium project in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Since 2016, Max has served as Principal of Frankel Enterprises, focusing on ground up development and rehabilitation in the Philadelphia area. Max is a member of the BIA of Philadelphia and the Jewish Federation’s Real Estate group.
Zachary Frankel serves as Principal of Frankel Enterprises. Zachary holds an advanced degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Prior to working at Frankel Enterprises, Zachary worked for BFC Partners in New York City developing affordable housing across the City. At BFC, Zachary worked on the effective procurement and delivery of all asset classes within the five boroughs, primarily focusing on equitable housing and the utilization of City, State, and Federal affordable housing initiatives, including but not limited to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
Zachary has been a part of delivering over 2,000 units of housing. He began his career in the real estate development department of the Miami Downtown Development Authority. After the Miami DDA, Zachary worked on portfolio acquisitions and management of commercial assets for Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, a private equity commercial real estate investment fund based out of Coconut Grove, Florida.
Zachary is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania as well as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida. Zach is a USGBC LEED Certified Green Associate and a member of the BIA of Philadelphia, Jewish Federation and Urban Land Institute.
