HISTORY OF FRANKEL ENTERPRISES

The company was founded in 1936 by E. J. Frankel whose work ethic, integrity and creativity launched major projects in Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio and South Florida. Second generation family members Benjamin, Leonard, and William expanded upon that foundation of success and created iconic communities setting new standards of excellence in lifestyle community development.

Since 2005, Thomas Frankel has served as President of Frankel Enterprises. A graduate of The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, Tom joined Frankel Enterprises in 1984. During his tenure with the company Tom has been actively involved in all the Florida operations.

Some of the key projects that Tom has been involved with include Admirals Cove, Valencia at Abacoa, San Michele, Kanner Crossing, Admirals Professional Center, and their latest Luxury Condominium, Azure.

In addition to his role with the company, Tom has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens since 2000. He is also a former member of the Young Presidents Organization, and is very involved with Adopt-A-Family of The Palm Beaches, an organization serving homeless families in the community.
